Cancellation Policy

Golden Halo Concierge Nursing requires a 48-hour notice for cancellations of clinic appointments, as these time slots are valuable to both our providers and other patients waiting to schedule.

Failure to provide 48-hour notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will make every effort to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time.
